All,

I'm writing to inform you that our valued head of security, Sergio Urena, will be moving
on from his position with South Park BID, effective immediately. It goes without saying
that in his 2 years with the BID, Sergio has contributed immensely not only to the overall
safety of the district, but also to the culture of the team and the professional
development of his safety ambassadors. We wish Sergio the best in his next exciting
chapter.

While we work to find a replacement, I am pleased to introduce Ken Nakano, VP of
Operations for Streetplus. Ken is more than familiar with our district and safety
ambassadors and will be filling in as head of security during this interim period. Please
feel free to contact Ken as you would Sergio - his information and bio is pasted below. We
will announce and introduce the new hire as soon as the decision is made.

Mr. Nakano has over 16 years of experience managing operations in the improvement district
industry and over 22 years of private security experience.

Prior to working with Streetplus, Mr. Nakano was with one of the largest Business
Improvement Districts in the United States in Downtown Los Angeles (Downtown Center
Business Improvement District) where he served as Director of Operations. With the DCBID,
Mr. Nakano oversaw all aspects of field operations and the deployment of over 100 Safety,

Maintenance and Administrative personnel. This included a full functioning modern
communications center and homeless outreach team.

Mr. Nakano is based out of the Los Angeles regional area and is responsible for working
with the local account managers.
